Hi Yannick..

Im happy to buy your stochastic EA pro version..
I can download n use it immediately after payment was made, but after a few days i cant use my EA anymore..

After checkup, it stated that my payment status is abandoned..(attachment).

I am about to ask regarding the purchase status and an attachment of my payment invoice.

Hope you can solve my issue.

In the dashboard, I see that the purchase is set to complete.

I see that there is something strange about your account. It is linked to 2 different email addresses one *hab@gmail.com and one *g89@yahoo.com.my

On the purchase receipt, I see that you have to use the email address *g89@yahoo.com.my to make the purchase. Please use this address to login to your account.
