MA Crossover EA Pro, problem with optimizing

I have just bought the PRO version of MA Crossover EA, however i set the settings to crossover with 14 EMA & 50 EMA, while visual backtesting in MT4 i manually added the 2 EMA to test whether it is entering the trade properly, however most of the trades entered are not at the crossover, any idea how i can fix it?

I have attached the charts to show the entry made without crossover, and also my settings

oh damn.. just figured that i bought Moving Average EA PRO instead of the intended Moving Average Crossover EA Pro.. is there any chance that i can request for a exchange?

I guess you have already contacted mine by mail? At least I remember such a case from a few days ago.
