Moving Average EA Basic EURUSD,H1: array out of range

I have optimised the EA, and now am trying to use Tick data to check the most optimized setting, and am getting the above error message?

Unfortunately, I do not think that I can help you with this.
At this place in the code is a default Close[] array, which access eighter Close[0] or Close[1].

I guess there is a lag in the tick data so that the EA cannot access the close price.
