I noticed there were a lot of conversations going back a few years ago, but not as much these days. Is support still being provided for this site? Do you guys still provide support for your Expert Advisors? I purchased the Ichimoku EA, but it’s really not doing what I hope it would. I have a few suggestions, so I want to ensure someone is actually monitoring this forum. Please let me know. Thank you.
I just saw your message and felt the necessity to reply.
You’re right I do NOT monitor this forum anymore and I do NOT reply to comments anymore.
But I do try to answer urgend support request submitted by this form.
But all the products work and will be updated in the case of a bug.
The reason for this is because I got sick in October 2018 and am not able to work. At the moment I see different specialists and hope that I will get a corresponding treatment soon.
Till then, I will not be able to offer new products or add new features to already available products.
