Terms & Conditions

  1. General Conditions
    1. In principle applies Swiss law.
    2. There are the standard terms in the current version applicable.
    3. The parties agree that venue shall be in Biel/Bienne Switzerland.
    4. When you accept these Terms, you confirm to have taken the disclaimer to the knowledge.
    5. We do not take over of possible loss of your trading account.
  2. Products
    1. Our products are the pre-build Expert Advisor, Indicators and Utilities.
    2. The Product offered through our website can be provided only as a compiled file with the EX5/EX4 extension.
    3. There is no refunding.
    4. 7 Days Exchange Guarantee: You may exchange the product within 7 days with a product of the same price (or less) or receive a voucher.
    5. The products may not be resold to a third-party.
    6. The products may not lent or given to a third-party, except persons you are closely connected to, such as relatives or friends.
    7. The products may be installed on as many demo or live accounts you want.
    8. Each product you download expires after a certain time, but only for security reasons. You can always re-download the EAs newest version with an extended license in your purchase history.
    9. We reserve the right to delete paragraph 2.7. and to charge annual fees (annual license) for the use of our products or/and to limit a product for a certain number of trading accounts.
    10. You agree to receive product update notification per e-mail.
    11. It is your responsibility to test the product first on a demo accout in order to avoid any possible losses due to wrong setting or any other faults.
  3. Programming Service
    1. You will receive a compiled version of the product (.ex4/.ex5) within 10 days after we received the payment.
    2. In the case of a later change of the ordered product, for example by adding other functions or a change of the logic, a minimum sum of CHF 20 will be charged.
    3. You only have the right to resell the product if you have purchased the corresponding rights.
    4. You take to the knowledge that we may use the code we used for your custom product/ your modification for yourself.
    5. For all modifications of our products you will already have to have purchased the product which should be modified. You need to send us the purchase/payment ID you find in your Purchase history.
    6. You can choose whether you want a lifetime license for up to 3 accounts or a 12 months license where you can use the product on as many accounts as you want.
    7. Quivofx reserves the right to withdraw from the contract at any time .
  4. Partnership
    1. We decide whether you may join the affiliate program or not.
    2. In case of improper or without reason, we may terminate your partnership.
    3. We reserve the right to change the commission rate and the number of days the referral tracking cookie will be valid.
