Dear Yannick,

I have the full BigBreakout EA now and all its options are unlocked now for me. Please i need to ask:

1. How the “Fractals Filter” work. Please specify. What is the suitable values which can be optimized 1-5, 10-50, or higher? Is it the value is in pips, candles or else?
2. What does mean “Use OCO (One Cancels Other)” and how its work? Please specify.
3. Close/Delete on Timer – please specify how it works.
a/ Close On Timer – what it will close? pending order, market order or else?
b/ Delete On Timer – what it will delete? pending order, market order or else?

Hi Georgi,
1. Cant answer this one since i only have worked with Inside Bar breakout- and ZigZag-Method for now.
2. If you are using ONE setting to trade in both directions (long and short) and you’ve got 2 pending orders (1 buy and 1 sell), the ea will close the other pending order as soon as the market triggers one.
3. Havent used this yet but i can tell you that this ea only works with pending orders.

Thanks to Thomas i got answer to one of my questions.
However two of my questions still persist. Please replay to them:

1. It’s the candles. How many candles do you want the fractals signal to appear on the charts before the EA places a pending order. By default, the EA waits for 3 bars after a fractals signal place a pending order.
2. It closes/deletes all trades/pending orders at the EndHour and EndMinute Time. Close means all open trades. Delete means deleting all pending orders.

Hi I have set times to trade in this EA 10am – 9 pm GMT, however my broker time is currently 7am and has put loads of pending orders in, any reason?

Hey Alastair,

Did you set the Use Local Time to True or False, if False you need to set your timeings to match your server time if True than it will use your Local time. Could be something else but without set files are to determanin.

Question, I will test all the EA’s, but I don’t see an ZigZag EA in the list.
Can you add one or send a link to some good working Zigzag EA?

Hola Prabahaka. El EA Big Breakout que vende Yannik, es un buen EA. Solo tienes que dedicarle tiempo para configurarlo, porque lo vende sin configuración.
No he visto a nadie en el foro que comparta su configuración

Tras muchas horas de trabajo (porque ya sabéis que las configuraciones del EA Big Breakout, son muy lentas), quiero mandar a la comunidad de este foro, mi configuración personal en EURUSD (para una prueba que hice de 3 años, del 2017 al 2020).
Como dije en uno de mis anteriores comentarios, este EA funciona muy bien, solo hecho de menos una “Salida inteligente” y desde hace varios años espero que Yannik se recupere de su enfermedad y tenga tiempo para incluir este parámetro en la próxima actualización del 2022.
