Problems Ichimoku Kinko Hyo EA Pro 2.15

Maybe this EA does not work well and I’ll explain it better, I’ll take some examples. I gave the command that EA opens when Tenkan crosses Kijun and the price above / below Tenkan agreeing the Cloud and closes when Tenkan and Kijun cross or with stop loss and I have activated the martingale function (Use martingale: True – Max martingale: 10 – Reset: true – Martingale value: 2.0 – Increase: true – Use multiplier: True). Example 1:
EA opened AUDNZD 26/03/2018 at 08:00:07 (see attachment audnzdclose) but it closes me on 27/03/2018 at 23:03:05 and I do not know why, but after a second reopens a another operation (see attachment audnzdopen) why? (see attachment audnzdchart)

Example 2: (martingale problems) (attachment usdchfchart)
EA opened USDCHF 27/03/2018 16:00:05 (see attachment usdchfclose) with size 0.20 (already I had lost USDCHF previous buy with initial size 0.10) and rightfully EA closes me at a loss when it is crossed Tenkan and Kijun and then I reopen again in a regular way 28/03/2018 12:00:16 but does not open me with size 0.40 but even with initial size 0.10 but always with size 0.20 (see attachment usdchfopen), why?

Example 3: (martingale problems)
Observe well attached nzdchfclose and look good all buy operations initially start with size 0.10 and rightfully after the losses goes martingale with 0.20, 0.40 and 0.80 but then starts again with 0.10 and still new operation with size 0.10 (see attachment nzdchfopen), why?

These are examples but many times I happen to have problems with martingale, many times after 2-3 losses starts all over again even though I have a huge margin (10 thousand euros with initial size 0.10 and lever 1: 500) I do not understand why I do not respect max martingale setings: 10, and many times for example after 3 losses last size 0.40 the fourth operation repeats with size 0.40 instead of 0.80, can you explain me why?
